Joshua Smith

Joshua graduated from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Joshua is a paralegal with experience specializing in Defense-side personal injury law, Bad Faith Insurance claims, and general civil litigation. Joshua is knowledgeable in all aspects of the insurance claims process including, but not limited to, the initiation of claims, proper claims handling practices, investigation methods and tactics employed by insurance carriers, evaluation of medical treatment records, and managing the litigation process from pre-litigation through trial. Utilizing his skill set and experience, Joshua thrives at assisting the attorneys at Davidovich Stone Law Group with maximizing potential results for clients navigating complex legal issues.

In his spare time, Joshua is an avid college football fan, reader, hiker, options trader, and loves his rescue dog, Mr. Checkers.
