Norman V. Ortega

Norman V. Ortega is an Associate Attorney whose practice focuses on litigation and trial advocacy in real property and related civil matters. He represents property owners, landlords, and businesses in real property disputes, including habitability, title, construction, and homeowners’ association (HOA) claims. His work spans all stages of litigation, from pre-trial strategy and discovery through trial, where he applies a disciplined, evidence-driven approach to achieving favorable results for his clients.

In addition to his real property practice, Mr. Ortega is experienced in trust and estate litigation, including will contests, elder abuse and undue influence claims, and fiduciary disputes.
