Norman V. Ortega

Norman V. Ortega is an Associate Attorney whose practice focuses on litigation and trial advocacy in real property and related civil matters. He represents property owners, landlords, and businesses in real property disputes, including habitability, title, construction, and homeowners’ association (HOA) claims.
