Michelle Zaks

Michelle has extensive experience in insurance defense litigating cases in various fields of law including habitability, real estate, employment, construction, and personal injury. Michelle is experienced in helping clients respond to discovery, prepare for deposition, settle cases, and win motions in both state and federal court. Michelle brings to the firm a deep passion for resolving disputes swiftly and efficiently either via direct negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation.

Michelle graduated from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law in 2017 with a Juris Doctor and Masters in Dispute Resolution. Prior to that, Michelle graduated with honors from University of California, Santa Barbara. Michelle is licensed to practice in California Superior Court and the Central District of California.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling, cooking, and going on long, beautiful walks.
