Danielle M. Johnson

Danielle M. Johnson is an attorney with more than eight years of civil litigation experience handling complex personal injury, habitability, premises liability, wrongful death, uninsured and underinsured motorist, rideshare, and general liability matters. She has extensive experience managing cases through every stage of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, and settlement negotiations.

Danielle is known for her tenacious advocacy, strategic approach to litigation, and meticulous preparation. She is committed to providing responsive, client-focused representation while navigating complex legal issues with confidence and attention to detail.

Danielle earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Whittier Law School and is admitted to practice before all California state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California.
