Britney Hamilton

Britney comes to the firm with several years of litigation experience, and her continued drive to help clients achieve their objective. She brings to the firm a deep knowledge of medical injury evaluation. Britney has defended hundreds of depositions, including cross-examinations of medical doctors. She is also experienced in helping clients respond to discovery, settle cases, and win motions in state and federal court. Prior to joining DSLG, Britney was an associate attorney at an insurance defense firm.

A graduate of Southwestern University School of Law, Britney worked as a law clerk at the Public Defender’s and District Attorney’s Office during law school.

Outside of work, Britney enjoys time spent with her family, along with travelling, exercising, and reading.
