Benny Manoucheri

Benny is an associate attorney at Davidovich Stein Law Group, LLP and has experience litigating unlawful detainer matters, the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12181, et seq., the Unruh Civil Rights Act, California Civil Code § 51, et seq., and the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, California Civil Code § 1791, et seq.

Benny received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, receiving honors for graduating summa cum laude. Thereafter, Benny received his juris doctorate from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, receiving honors for graduating magna cum laude. During his law school tenure, Benny received CALI Awards for receiving the highest grades in Real Estate Transactions and Commercial Law Sales and was the President of the Jewish Law Students’ Association.

Benny is admitted to practice in all California state courts and United States District Courts in California. Outside of work, Benny enjoys following current events, reading, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends.
