Andrew L. Matias
Andrew L. Matias is an associate attorney at Davidovich Stone Law Group, LLP, where he represents clients in a broad range of real estate and business litigation matters. His practice includes habitability, landlord-tenant disputes, commission disputes, security deposit disputes, matters arising under California’s Business and Professions Code, and other real property and commercial litigation.
Before becoming an attorney, Andrew worked in residential acquisitions, real estate brokerage, property management, and commercial real estate. His industry experience provides practical insight into the legal and business issues faced by property owners, investors, brokers, landlords, and businesses.
Andrew earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics, with a minor in Accounting, from the University of California, Irvine, graduating cum laude. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Abraham Lincoln University School of Law. He is admitted to practice before all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys surfing, hiking, and camping throughout California. He also serves as a board member of Not Your Average Basketball Camp (NYABC), a local nonprofit organization serving children with special needs.
