Andres Quintana

Andres Quintana is Of Counsel at Davidovich Stone Law Group, where he brings more than twenty-five years of litigation experience to the firm’s real estate, landlord-tenant, and commercial litigation practice. Andres represents commercial and residential property owners, developers, and management companies in high-stakes disputes involving habitability, landlord-tenant law, unfair business practices, commercial lease enforcement, and negligence actions. His practice spans the full lifecycle of complex litigation – from initial case assessment to discovery strategy, multi-witness depositions, dispositive motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.

Andres earned his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Berkeley and his law degree at UC Berkeley School of Law. He has been recognized as a Southern California Super Lawyer and Rising Star, and is admitted before all California state and federal courts, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the Federal and Ninth Circuits Courts of Appeal.
