Brandon Brousseau


Mr. Brousseau has been an attorney for over 15 years and during that time he has handled litigation and transactional matters related to real estate, professional liability, land entitlement, general business matters. Mr. Brousseau uses his unique combination of litigation and transactional experience to advise transactional clients on how to avoid litigation and develop winning strategies for clients that do become involved in litigation. While handling transactional matters, Mr. Brousseau focuses on real estate development, leasing, financing, entitlements, and CEQA compliance. While litigating, Mr. Brousseau focuses on dispositive legal motions, electronic discovery, and appellate briefing. Prior to joining Davidovich Stein Law Group, Mr. Brousseau worked for a number of boutique law firms and venture capital firms throughout Southern California. Mr. Brousseau completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he majored in Psychology and Sociology. Mr. Brousseau completed his legal studies at the Pepperdine University School of Law, where he spent a semester abroad interning at a solicitor’s office in London, England.
